Job Summary

Own omni-channel marketing and eCommerce strategy, aligning planning, budgets, and ROI across paid, digital, and traditional media to drive online revenue and store performance.

  • Omni-channel strategy ownership: align marketing, eCommerce, and media buys to growth and ROI.
  • Campaign and channel leadership: drive data-driven acquisition, engagement, and conversions across paid search, social, and broadcast.
  • Tech, analytics, and partnerships: optimize platforms, website performance, attribution, and vendor relationships to maximize ROI.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive omni-channel marketing and eCommerce strategies that support company growth and profitability goals.
  • Lead annual and ongoing marketing planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across all channels.
  • Own marketing strategy, resource allocation, and agency/vendor relationships to ensure alignment with business objectives and ROI.
  • Oversee the department’s technology, platforms, tools, and team performance to improve effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Direct strategy, media buying, budgeting, and content development for traditional and digital broadcast channels, including: Radio (terrestrial and streaming), Television (linear, OTT, and connected TV)
  • Manage and optimize legacy and modern media partnerships, including print, digital publications, sponsorships, and community collaborations.
  • Lead paid media strategy alongside agency partners across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Drive audience acquisition, engagement, and conversion through data-driven marketing and campaign optimization.
  • Own the digital marketing ecosystem, including SEO, SEM, paid media, social commerce, and analytics.
  • Develop and execute the company’s eCommerce strategy to drive online revenue and improve customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing strategy, digital advertising, media buying, and brand management.
  • Strong experience managing budgets, agencies, vendors, and cross-functional partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing performance metrics, analytics, attribution, and eCommerce.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Retail, consumer products, and or multi-location experience preferred.
