Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing strategies.
• Increase Cariigo’s brand awareness, website and app traffic, registrations, and sales.
• Manage ROI-based advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels.
• Track and optimize key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CPC, conversion rate, and customer retention.
• Build and manage influencer, creator, affiliate, and community outreach programs.
• Identify and contact suitable influencers, negotiate partnerships, and measure campaign performance.
• Plan product launches, promotions, pop-up events, community events, and online campaigns.
• Lead social media, content, email, SMS, and customer lifecycle marketing.
• Work with product, design, operations, and supply-chain teams to improve the customer journey and conversion funnel.
• Manage marketing budgets, campaign calendars, vendors, agencies, and external partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth, e-commerce, retail, or consumer technology.
• Experience with performance marketing, influencer marketing, and consumer brand development.
• Strong understanding of ROI-based budget management and marketing analytics.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and project-management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and personally executing projects.
• Experience with e-commerce, beauty, lifestyle products, mobile apps, or multicultural marketing is preferred.
• Professional fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
• Spanish language ability is strongly preferred.
