The Marketing Director will own the firm\'s marketing strategy and execution across events, content, digital channels, and lead generation, driving measurable results through cross‑functional collaboration with leadership and advisors.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and manage the firm's overall marketing strategy and calendar
Plan and execute marketing for seminars, educational events, and client events
Manage and grow The Retirement Steward radio show, podcast, YouTube, and related digital content
Manage social media, email marketing, website content, SEO, and local search
Turn long-form video, radio, and educational content into social, email, website, and digital marketing
Develop and manage lead-generation and prospect-nurture campaigns
Coordinate outside media, web, creative, and marketing partners
Maintain consistent branding and messaging across Family Legacy Planning and The Retirement Steward
Track leads, campaign performance, conversion metrics, and marketing ROI
Work directly with firm leadership and advisors to continually improve marketing results

Requirements

The right candidate is organized, creative, self-directed, comfortable with digital marketing and analytics, and capable of taking a project from idea to execution to measurable result.
Experience with social media, email marketing, content marketing, websites/SEO, digital advertising, events, CRM systems, analytics, and AI-enabled marketing tools is valuable.
Financial-services or other regulated-industry experience is helpful, but not required.
