Job Summary

Own the regional marketing and outreach function to drive occupancy through tours, referrals, events, and digital campaigns, while tracking activity and coordinating with multiple departments.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Create and execute marketing and outreach strategies to maintain high occupancy.
Conduct tours, follow-ups, and personalized outreach to convert leads into move-ins.
Build strong relationships with referral partners (hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehabs, social workers, case managers, etc.).
Coordinate community engagement events and professional networking opportunities.
Contribute to digital marketing, advertising, and social media campaigns in collaboration with regional support.
Track and report activity.
Support smooth resident transitions and coordinate with other departments.

Requirements

Strongly preferred experience in marketing/sales, ideally in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and goal-oriented mindset.
Knowledge of assisted living and memory care services is a plus.
