Requirements
- 7 to 10+years of progressive marketing experience, including ownership of strategy, campaigns, communications, and cross-functional initiatives
- Strong background in integrated campaign development, marketing communications, and field or community engagement
- Experience supporting the U.S. market and understanding U.S. consumer and digital marketing dynamics
- Direct-selling, network marketing, or field-based business experience strongly preferred
- Experience engaging independent distributors, sales communities, or decentralized field organizations is highly valuable
