Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy
• Develop and implement annual and seasonal marketing plans aligned with company goals.
• Manage marketing campaigns designed to generate leads, increase sales, and strengthen brand recognition.
• Monitor marketing performance and make recommendations based on results.
• Maintain consistent Arbor Masters branding across all marketing channels and locations.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and new marketing opportunities.
• Digital & Social Media
• Manage Arbor Masters’ social media platforms and develop a consistent content calendar.
• Create engaging content highlighting tree care services, employees, company culture, community involvement, and customer success stories.
• Coordinate photography, video, graphics, and other creative content.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of marketing experience preferred.
• Experience managing social media and digital marketing platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software preferred.
• Experience with website management, SEO, Google Analytics, or digital advertising preferred.
• Photography and/or video experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
