Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development and implementation of marketing plans, campaigns, budgets, and departmental initiatives.
  • Create and produce marketing materials including brochures, flyers, newsletters, advertisements, posters, invitations, and promotional pieces.
  • Develop engaging content for print, digital, social media, websites, email marketing, digital signage, and in-house communication channels.
  • Capture and edit photography and video content to support marketing, fundraising, and community engagement efforts.
  • Manage and maintain organizational websites, including content updates, blogs, SEO initiatives, and website inquiries.
  • Coordinate and monitor social media platforms, online reputation management, and digital engagement strategies.
  • Prepare and distribute press releases, media communications, e-newsletters, email campaigns, and other public relations materials.
  • Support direct mail campaigns, bulk mailings, and marketing communications projects.
  • Assist with planning, promoting, and executing events, open houses, community programs, fundraising activities, and special celebrations.
  • Serve as a marketing representative at events and provide tours of senior living communities as needed.

Requirements

  • Three years of administrative, marketing, development, communications, or equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office, WordPress, and Photoshop.
  • Experience with Google Business Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
  • Excellent graphic design skills.
  • Proven experience working with websites, search engine optimization, and social networking.
  • Excellent oral, written, and proofreading skills.
  • Organizational skills and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Kind and pleasant demeanor and respectful of privacy and confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail is a must.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
