Job Summary

Own and scale the marketing data fabric from intake to executive dashboards, turning messy sources into fast, trusted insights for campaigns and revenue outcomes.

  • Data ecosystems: Build pipelines and lakehouse models across CRM, MAP, CDP, and ad/social platforms with governance and schedules.
  • Lifecycle reporting: Deliver centralized datasets and semantic models, automate reporting, and maintain high-performance Power BI dashboards for all levels.
  • Cross-functional orchestration: Partner with Marketing, Sales, and IT to translate needs into KPIs, visuals, and rapid automation that reduces manual work.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Data Pipeline & Studio: Design and build data pipelines using API integrations and ETL tools to ingest data from CRM, MAP, CDP, ad platforms, and other MarTech sources.
  • Data Lakehouse Modeling: Develop and maintain centralized marketing datasets and Lakehouse structures per company standards.
  • Governance & Scheduling: Ensure data integrity with sequential update schedules and governance across systems.
  • Data Prep & Queries: Write and maintain complex SQL queries and Python scripts for extraction, transformation, and aggregations.
  • Validation & Reconciliation: Perform data validation and troubleshooting across sources by scripting monitoring of automations.
  • Operational Support: Assist marketing users with routine task optimizations and process automations.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Collaborate with business users to develop KPIs and visuals; build Power BI dashboards for exec to individual contributors.
  • Semantic & Reuse: Develop semantic models, reusable datasets, and DAX measures; automate reporting and refreshes.
  • Ad hoc & Automation: Prioritize ad hoc requests and build custom reports or automations to reduce manual work.
  • Documentation & Presentations: Document end-to-end processes and prepare quarterly reviews; present to stakeholders.
