Responsibilities

• Enter customer, vehicle, and repair order information into the shop management system
• Process invoices, estimates, and purchase orders
• Update inventory and parts records
• Verify data for accuracy and correct errors
• Organize and maintain digital and paper files
• Assist with scheduling appointments and answering phones when needed
• Support the office team with general administrative tasks
• Manage Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, TikTok, and other platforms
• Create photos, videos, and promotional content for posts
• Plan and run marketing campaigns to bring in new customers

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous data entry, admin, or marketing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable learning new software
• Experience managing social media for a business (personal accounts don't count, but a good sign)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and switch gears in a fast-paced shop environment
• Creative eye for photos/videos is a plus
