Own two linked functions in one role: keep our records spotless while building a visible online presence that pulls in new customers.

Data management: ensure accurate customer, vehicle, invoices, and inventory data across the shop system.
Platform ownership: run campaigns and content on Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, TikTok, and other channels.
Content-to-performance: create promos, respond to reviews, and report on campaign results monthly.

Responsibilities

Enter customer, vehicle, and repair order information into the shop management system
Process invoices, estimates, and purchase orders
Update inventory and parts records
Verify data for accuracy and correct errors
Organize and maintain digital and paper files
Assist with scheduling appointments and answering phones when needed
Support the office team with general administrative tasks
Manage Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, TikTok, and other platforms
Create photos, videos, and promotional content for posts
Plan and run marketing campaigns to bring in new customers
