Job Description

Lead data-driven marketing analytics to inform strategy and optimization using SQL, BI tools, and audience modeling.

  • Analyze external and internal client data using SQL, Excel models, Google Analytics, statistical analysis tools, and campaign management (HubSpot / Salesforce).
  • Provide actionable overall market and customer insights to address key strategic questions.
  • Track, report, and analyze the performance of marketing deliveries, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/automation of regular reports.
  • Understand regulatory management and use of data, as well as audience targeting modeling.
  • Create presentations to provide market and consumer insights.
  • Advise other marketing functions (e-commerce/website, online/offline advertising, brand, product development) as the knowledge owner for client data.
  • Collaborate with IT and other data partners on how best to leverage bank and third-party data.
  • Work with the Operations teams when data quality and/or errors are found in primary sources.
  • Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for diagnosis and prediction.
  • Work with programmers, engineers, and business line management to identify process, improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise strategies.
  • Prepare final analysis reports for stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to make important decisions based on various facts and trends.
  • Understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and comply with the requirements.
  • Complete all compliance training related to the position
