Job Description

Drive cross-channel marketing analytics by producing recurring performance reports and guiding optimization decisions.

  • Own recurring dashboards and narratives across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, uncover insights, and optimize marketing ROI.
  • Partner with channel leads to implement precision audience marketing and measure against KPIs.
  • Consolidate data from multiple platforms into cohesive performance narratives.
  • Support A/B testing, attribution modeling, and measurement methodologies to inform strategy and creative direction.
  • Support analysis of customer segment trends.
  • Deliver ad hoc analyses and presentations to senior leadership for strategic planning.
  • Stay current on emerging analytics tools and measurement best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in a similar position or performing similar duties.
  • Minimum 2 years working with SQL.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms; Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Hubspot and similar.
  • Proficiency with Excel and Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Retail and Omni marketing experience a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing or related discipline.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
