Responsibilities

• Investigate unusual results, trace them back to source records, and explain findings in plain language.
• Maintain calculation logic, field definitions, filters, and refresh notes so outputs can be reviewed and repeated.
• Translate operational questions into scoped analyses, useful metrics, and clearly documented recommendations.
• Validate and reconcile source data, documenting gaps, duplicates, and inconsistent definitions before analysis begins.
• Build recurring reports or simple dashboards that show workload, quality, cycle time, outcomes, and open exceptions.

Requirements

• Careful documentation of definitions and repeatable reporting logic.
• Comfort collaborating with non-technical operational stakeholders.
• Strong spreadsheet, data-cleaning, reconciliation, and analytical reasoning skills.
• Ability to explain methods, assumptions, limitations, and findings clearly.
