Job Summary

As the primary analytics liaison, you will own the end-to-end data analysis for print campaigns, drive reporting accuracy, and coordinate cross-functional workstreams with client teams, media strategy, operations, and data engineering to optimize traditional print initiatives.

  • Own data quality, reporting workflows, and methodologies to ensure consistent, actionable insights
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across client services, strategy, and engineering to support client meetings and strategic planning
  • Drive optimization recommendations for print campaigns using internal and third-party data

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary analytics liaison between client teams, media strategy, operations, data engineering, and external partners to support print media initiatives.
  • Analyze print campaign performance using internal and third-party data sources to identify trends, opportunities, and optimization recommendations.
  • Validate data accuracy and collaborate with technical teams to resolve reporting discrepancies or data quality issues.
  • Support traditional print media optimization efforts through audience analysis, geographic performance reviews, circulation analysis, response measurement, and other performance evaluations.
  • Partner with client service teams to prepare materials for client meetings, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Document reporting methodologies, business processes, and best practices to ensure consistency and repeatability.
  • Assist with special projects and analytical initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts and analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, accurate work.
  • Comfortable collaborating across multiple departments and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience will be considered.
  • 1–3 years of experience in analytics, marketing, traditional print media, or a related business function preferred.
  • Experience working with marketing performance data, campaign reporting, or business intelligence is preferred.
  • Experience supporting client-facing teams or working directly with clients is a plus.

Preferred

  • Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with traditional print marketing is desirable.
