Job Summary

end-to-end ownership of the customer journey at a family-owned dealer, focusing on warm engagement across channels and smooth handoffs to purchase.

  • Own customer relationships across phone, text, and in-person touchpoints to move buyers through the purchasing journey.
  • Lead inventory presentation and storefront merchandising to support trust and easy decision making.
  • Collaborate on outreach and CRM-driven follow-up to keep leads warm and attendees informed.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers through phone, text, and in-person communication
  • Create and post engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms
  • Assist customers through the vehicle selection and purchase process
  • Support outreach and follow-up efforts to keep leads warm and customers informed
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system
  • Collaborate with the team on inventory presentation and lot merchandising
  • Help create a welcoming, trustworthy experience for every customer who walks through the door

Requirements

  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Experience using CRM systems

Preferred

  • Energetic and digitally savvy
