Job Description

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with customers through phone, text, and in-person communication
Create and post engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms
Assist customers through the vehicle selection and purchase process
Support outreach and follow-up efforts to keep leads warm and customers informed
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system
Collaborate with the team on inventory presentation and lot merchandising
Help create a welcoming, trustworthy experience for every customer who walks through the door

Requirements

Bilingual English/Spanish
Experience using CRM systems
