Job Summary
Own rapid creator content that sells marketing ideas by scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing 8 to 15 videos a week while building an on screen audience and owning the audience you grow.
- Content ownership: script, shoot, edit and publish across X, LinkedIn, YouTube and short-form.
- Creator-led growth: weekly real-store teardowns and on-camera storytelling to attract a following.
- Engagement loop: respond to comments with operators and iterate based on what breaks in the site experience.

Responsibilities
- Script, shoot, edit, and publish videos across X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and short-form.
- Teardowns, at least one a week, on a real store, uncover whats broken and show it.
- Your own face on camera; youre the creator people follow and build some of the audience yourself.
- Respond in the comments; talk to operators to uncover whats actually breaking on their sites.
- Collaborate with other creators when it makes sense, but youre the producer, not a roster manager.
- Youll make 8 videos per week, scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing across X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and short-form. Video report
- Already make videos about marketing, ecom, or growth, and have for a while
- Can tell within three seconds of a video whether its going to work, and can usually say why
- Have strong editing instincts and get bored making the same thing twice
- Care more about storytelling than chasing algorithms
- Are comfortable enough on camera that people forget theres a camera
- Ship fast without letting quality slip
- Take ownership without needing constant direction
- You should be equally comfortable behind a camera, on camera, and inside an editing timeline.
- CapCut, Premiere, whatever you already use
- Nice to have: an existing audience in marketing or ecommerce, videography and motion skills, experience making UGC or directing it, turning organic content into paid creative
- Enough technical literacy to open DevTools and understand what youre looking at
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, X, and YouTube analytics, and strong copywriting
- Full creative control. You decide what gets made.
- One 30-minute review per week. The rest of your time is for making things.
- A direct line to the founder, with no layers of approval.
- A product that generates a genuinely new story every day, and the freedom to keep the audience you build telling them.
