Responsibilities

• Own creative testing loop across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts with a focus on conversion lift.
• Write high converting scripts for short-form ads in UGC, influencer, testimonial, and problem-solution formats.
• Research influencer/UGC trends and translate them into paid acquisition playbooks.
• Continuously test and optimize creative strategies to improve conversion performance.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in Performance advertising, Paid social campaigns, Script writing for short-form ads, Influencer or UGC marketing
• Strong understanding of conversion-focused storytelling
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads ecosystem
• Data-driven mindset - comfortable reviewing performance metrics and iterating creative
