Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute marketing campaigns to promote hotel services, amenities, and special programs
  • Manage the Royal Executives Program (REP), exercising independent judgment to develop strategies, oversee program activities, and evaluate its effectiveness
  • Coordinate marketing communications across various channels, including digital, print, and social media platforms
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with travel advisors, corporate clients, and other key partners to enhance engagement and loyalty
  • Support social media initiatives and online reputation management to boost brand visibility and guest satisfaction
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall hotel objectives
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality marketing, sales support, or corporate account management preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience with professional selling skills desired: opening, probing, supporting, closing.
  • Experience with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools required
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and WordPress preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be able to work independently and simultaneously manage multiple tasks; strong organizational and presentation skills
