Job Summary

Own web design and UX across digital platforms, turning wireframes into accessible interfaces and driving performance with CMS updates and campaign analytics.

  • Own visual design and usability across sites to improve engagement and accessibility.
  • Collaborate on wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces with cross-functional teams to align on UX and content.
  • Drive site performance and content updates using WordPress and analytics to refine digital campaigns.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement visually engaging web designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces that enhance usability and accessibility across all digital platforms.
  • Manage website content updates, maintenance, and performance optimization using content management systems such as WordPress.
  • Support digital marketing campaigns through email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, analyzing campaign performance with web analytics tools to refine strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital design, interaction design, motion graphics, and visual design principles.
  • Strong knowledge of web development languages.
  • Familiarity with responsive web design techniques ensuring accessibility across devices; understanding of web accessibility standards.
  • Expertise in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Dreamweaver, and Acrobat.
  • Ability to analyze web analytics data using Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics to inform design decisions and marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of content management systems such as WordPress.
  • Strong understanding of usability principles and best practices for website layout design.
  • Maintain social media platforms- Facebook, Youtube and Instagram
