Responsibilities

• Creating, editing, and designing decks for partnerships, programming, and development initiatives.
• Website design and maintenance.
• Oversight of consistent branding across digital platforms.
• Development of original templates and graphics.
• Implementing marketing strategies and related promotional materials.
• Build, design, and distribute newsletters via Mailchimp.
• Organize and maintain media asset database.
• Oversee marketing and design interns.
• Coordinate with the Artistic Director and across internal departments and alongside external partners on multiple initiatives and to align goals.

Requirements

• A degree in design, marketing, web design, or related fields. Proven experience managing marketing, advertising or public relations teams or equivalent experience.
• Strong background in digital marketing including GEO, SEO, social media marketing, and performance-based marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in UX/UI and web design tools.
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for overseeing graphic design projects.
• Experience with web analytics reporting tools such as Google Analytics; adept at data-driven decision making.
• Ability to be autonomous and work on a small team.
• Are organized, collaborative, communicative, and excited about arts + social impact.
• Interested in supporting digital campaigns that highlight cross-cultural works.
• Experience in non profit or arts organizations preferred.
