Job Summary
Own marketing operations and pursuit storytelling for a professional services studio, balancing collateral, proposals, and brand visuals across multiple projects and offices.
- Marketing Collateral & Proposals: Produce and refine client-facing materials, RFQ/RFP responses, and interview presentations.
- Systems & Asset Management: Maintain marketing databases, tearsheets, and visual assets, while ensuring data hygiene and consistency.
- Process & Tooling Improvement: Help document workflows, explore new tools, and apply AI-enabled processes to streamline pursuits and storytelling.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support client-facing business development efforts through presentations, opportunity research, and strategic materials
- Assist with pipeline tracking and market intelligence
- Produce proposals, qualifications packages, shortlist materials, and interview presentations
- Coordinate deadlines, consultant inputs, internal reviews, and pursuit workflows
- Help maintain consistency, quality, and strong visual communication across submissions
- Maintain project tearsheets, resumes, award submissions, presentations, and firm collateral
- Support graphic consistency and visual storytelling aligned with the WRNS brand
- Support awards, conferences, thought leadership, social content, and project storytelling
- Help shape project narratives for internal and external audiences
- Help maintain and improve marketing systems including Airtable, OpenAsset, and internal project databases
