Job Summary

Own cross channel promotions and calendar discipline for a gaming venue, driving rewards campaigns, signage, and social ads while ensuring regulatory compliance and vendor partnerships.

Promotions Operations: plan and execute multi channel campaigns with rewards, signage, and adverts.
Calendar and Compliance: maintain the marketing calendar and ensure state gaming rules are followed.
Vendor and Asset Management: source vendors and manage inventory for prizes and promos.

Job Description

Partner with player rewards department to create email campaigns, digital signage, social media adverts, and other promotional activities
Manage marketing communications, implement scheduled promotions, and distribute the materials to the relevant department
Maintain and update the marketing calendar and note project timeline milestones
Plan promotional rules and procedures adhering to state gaming requirements and formats
Source, research, and maintain relationships with suitable vendors for promotional inventory and prizes

No experience or diploma required
Must be able to obtain a state gaming license
Experience with Windows products, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
Weekends, holidays, and swing shift work may be required
