Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage projects within internal project management systems, ensuring they are properly set up, routed, tracked, and progressed according to established processes.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder responsibilities; provide ongoing status updates and proactively escalate delays when needed.
• Manage artwork workflows and coordinate approvals across Brand, Legal, Regulatory, Engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Partner with Brand Team to prioritize artwork requests and business-critical timelines, and serve as the primary liaison with external production and printing agencies on priorities and schedules.
• Support purchase-order creation and processing, including vendor information, required documentation, approvals, and tracking through completion.
• Coordinate development and fulfillment of sales samples for customer meetings, presentations, and trade shows, partnering with internal teams and external vendors to deliver on schedule.
• Upload and maintain finalized artwork and marketing assets in SharePoint and other internal systems, keeping assets current, accessible, organized, and accurately documented.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, artwork coordination, packaging, commercialization, or similar functions.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with strong follow-through and accountability.
• Ability to work independently, drive projects forward with minimal supervision, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Consumer Health, Retail, or Manufacturing experience preferred; experience with artwork workflows, packaging updates, commercialization, purchase orders, vendors, or external production partners is a plus.
