Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Work closely with our Marketing Coordinator to support ongoing marketing initiatives and projects
• Coordinate the logistics for educational workshops held at various locations throughout the area
• Attend and help execute workshops, including setup, materials, guest check-in, and on-site coordination
• Manage workshop registrations, confirmations, attendance lists, materials, and follow-up details
• Assist with client communications, invitations, mailings, and other outreach
• Coordinate client gifts, promotional items, and client appreciation initiatives
• Create, update, format, and organize marketing materials and presentations
• Prepare and edit PowerPoint presentations and other client-facing materials
• Maintain spreadsheets, contact lists, marketing lists, calendars, timelines, and project trackers
• Coordinate with printers, venues, caterers, promotional vendors, and other outside partners
