Job Summary

Own day-to-day marketing execution for Mercy Urgent Care by coordinating asset creation and delivery across email, website, and social while reflecting Mercy’s voice and managing events and partnerships to hit deadlines.

  • Coordinate development, review, and delivery of marketing assets across email, website, and social
  • Maintain website content and digital materials to stay current
  • Support community events and outreach to raise awareness of Mercy services

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate development, review, and delivery of marketing assets and campaigns across email, website, and social media
  • Maintain and update website content, online forms, and digital materials
  • Assist with content creation (blogs, email, social, print) that reflects Mercy’s voice and mission
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews and digital inquiries in a timely, professional manner
  • Support community events, networking, and outreach activities that build awareness of Mercy services
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to keep projects on time and on brand

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred
  • Strong writing, organization, and attention to detail
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience with social media, websites, or digital marketing tools is a plus (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
