Job Summary

Own core marketing coordination and execution support across campaigns, assets, events, and communications to keep all activities aligned with branding and timelines.

  • Asset management and content governance to keep materials on-brand and accessible.
  • Campaign and event logistics coordination from brief to on-site support and post-event follow-up.
  • CRM and communications support to drive timely customer touchpoints and reporting insights.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support marketing campaigns, promotions, and communications initiatives.
  • Create, edit, format, and maintain marketing materials, presentations, brochures, flyers, and digital content.
  • Manage and organize marketing assets, photos, videos, documents, and collateral across company platforms and shared drives.
  • Assist with website updates, social media content scheduling, and digital marketing activities.
  • Coordinate tradeshow and event logistics, including registrations, promotional materials, shipping, and on-site support as needed.
  • Support the development and distribution of customer communications, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, and CRM records.
  • Ensure all marketing materials meet company branding, formatting, grammar, and quality standards.
  • Track marketing project timelines and assist with reporting and administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, and other departments to support business development initiatives.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing support, communications, event coordination, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting trade shows, events, or customer engagement programs.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Experience with social media platforms and content management systems.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience managing shared file platforms such as SharePoint, Google Drive, or similar systems.
