Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Create graphics for Poppy Bank Epicenter and its various departments, attractions, restaurants, events, leagues, programs, and promotions.
• Design digital and print materials including social media graphics, digital signage, flyers, posters, menus, promotional materials, event graphics, web graphics, and email graphics.
• Maintain consistent branding and visual standards across all Epicenter marketing.
• Resize and adapt creative assets for different platforms and uses.
• Coordinate with outside printers, vendors, photographers, or other creative resources when necessary.
• Create and publish marketing posts across Epicenter's social media channels, typically three or more per week, based on business needs.
• Develop graphics, photography, captions, promotional messaging, and simple video content for social media and other digital marketing channels.
• Create and edit simple short-form videos for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, website content, digital advertising, and other digital marketing uses.
• Capture basic video footage around Epicenter as needed, including attractions, food and beverage, events, promotions, guest experiences, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Add basic editing elements such as text, captions, music, transitions, logos, and calls to action.

Requirements

• Strong graphic design skills and a demonstrated ability to produce professional marketing materials.
• Experience with graphic design platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar programs.
• Ability to create and edit simple short-form marketing videos using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Express, or similar programs.
• Comfortable capturing basic photo and video content using a smartphone or camera.
• Experience updating and maintaining websites.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with managers throughout the organization.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced entertainment and hospitality environment.
