Responsibilities

• Draft responses to client credentials requests and proposals.
• Maintain and update pitch master slides and boilerplate documents.
• Catalog final pitches and RFP responses; coordinate with Marketing Collateral Manager and BD to refresh practice content.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or English.
• Minimum of two years of experience in professional services or law firm marketing and/or business development.
• Excellent written communication and strong verbal skills; collaborative and team-oriented.
• Ability to handle competing deadlines under pressure with intellectual curiosity and a growth mindset.
• Strong to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and PowerPoint.

Preferred

• Knowledge of proposal software platforms (e.g., QorusDocs) is optional.
