Responsibilities

• Maintain content calendars, project trackers, campaign documentation, and performance updates.
• Prepare or organize audience-facing content while following brand and quality guidelines.
• Review basic performance data and communicate observations or follow-up needs to stakeholders.
• Coordinate deadlines and approvals with internal teams or external partners.

• Comfort working independently in a remote environment with clear deadlines and documented procedures.
• Ability to use common business tools such as email, spreadsheets, shared documents, and web-based systems.
• Careful attention to accuracy, confidentiality, record quality, and task completion.
• Ability to learn role-specific systems and communicate questions or exceptions promptly.
