Job Description

Responsibilities

Coordinate, write, and edit SOQs, proposals, and presentations
Support capture activities via research, documentation, and strategy meetings
Analyze requirements; build proposal plans, outlines, and schedules
Partner with engineers, PMs, and leadership to deliver competitive submissions
Maintain collateral (brochures, resumes, project sheets, case studies)
Update marketing databases; track leads and outcomes
Manage and grow social media in alignment with brand goals
Research conferences/networking events; coordinate logistics and materials
Manage booth/banner inventory; assist with staff travel
Support senior staff with outreach and event planning

Requirements

Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Engineering (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields
Experience in architectural or engineering companies is highly desired.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Strong organization, communication, and multitasking in deadline-driven settings
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
Experience in engineering firms is highly desired and a strong plus
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, professional, and collaborative
