Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and the firm’s website
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with firm branding and messaging
- Monitor and respond to inbound messages, comments, and inquiries from both prospective clients and job candidates
- Route qualified leads to the appropriate department (legal intake, recruiting, etc.) for follow-up
- Collaborate with marketing and recruiting teams to support ongoing campaigns and hiring initiatives
- Track and report engagement metrics and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Assist with employer branding efforts
- Ensure all messaging reflects the firm’s values and maintains a professional, consistent voice
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on digital and social media
- Hands-on experience managing Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram), including campaigns and engagement
- Experience with LinkedIn marketing and professional brand development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Comfortable communicating with both clients and job candidates in a professional manner
- Experience in a professional services environment (legal, medical, etc.) is a plus
Preferred
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
- Basic understanding of paid ads and campaign optimization
- Familiarity with website content updates (WordPress or similar platforms)
- Experience supporting recruiting or employer branding initiatives
- Ability to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (engagement, conversions, lead flow, etc.)
- Experience creating and presenting marketing reports using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms
