Responsibilities

• Assist in the proposal process, including formatting, assembling documents, and gathering content.
• Help maintain organized files and databases (SharePoint or similar systems).
• Support maintenance of marketing materials (resumes, project profiles, photos, etc.)
• Help update resumes and project descriptions to maintain proposal-readiness.
• Assist with social media content, marketing materials, and internal communications
• Support proposal meetings and coordination tasks.
• Provide support for newsletters, events, and other communications tasks as needed.
• Provide vacation coverage for the weekly Connection newsletter and other Communications activities.
• Support Communications during busy periods as needed, including event support, coordination, and outreach.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in A/E/C or Services Marketing/Communication roles preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge and experience with SharePoint are a plus.
• Working knowledge of graphic design programs (Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva) preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to lift 25 pounds, such as boxes of records, is required.
• The ability to sit at a workstation and perform data entry is required.
• The ability to walk, stand, and stoop for prolonged periods as may be necessary to access and prepare files is required.

Nice to Have

• Experience planning, filming, and editing videos for training and marketing needs
• Experience supporting newsletters, events, and other Communications tasks as needed
