Job Summary

Own the end-to-end digital marketing workflow across social, email, and analytics, driving content, campaigns, and insights to grow engagement and ROI.

  • Lead content calendar and copy for social channels
  • Develop and optimize email campaigns with performance tracking
  • Produce weekly insights and recommendations from cross-channel data

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Social media ●Build and run the content calendar across brand accounts ●Write copy and captions that sound like the brand, not like an ad ●Edit short-form video in CapCut and build graphics in Canva from assets we provide ●Community management: comments, DMs, tagging, reposting studio and customer content ●Track what platforms are rewarding and adjust, weekly
  • Email marketing ●Build and send campaigns in Constant Contact: layout, copy, segmentation, scheduling ●Own click-through rate as a number you are trying to move, not just a number you report ●Test subject lines, preview text, layout, send times, and CTA placement, then tell us what won ●Bring us flows and campaign ideas we are not running yet. Welcome series, win-back, restock, studio reorder reminders, whatever the data indicates
  • Reporting and insights ●Weekly and monthly performance reporting across social, email, and paid ●Pull from Meta Ads Manager, Constant Contact, Shopify, and GA4 ●This is the core of the job, not an afterthought. We want gaps and opportunities surfaced, not a spreadsheet handed over ●Support the Digital Marketing Manager with the analysis behind spend and creative decisions: what is working, what is fatiguing, where the money should move next ●Every report ends with a recommendation. "Here is what happened, here is what I would change, here is why"
  • AI in the workflow ●We use AI tools daily for ideation, first-draft copy, image and video work, and research ●You will be expected to use them well and to know where they fail

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years running social media or marketing for a brand, agency, or your own business
  • Real portfolio of content you made and accounts you ran, with numbers attached
  • Comfortable in Canva and CapCut or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite and at least one email platform
  • Comfortable in spreadsheets. Pivot tables, basic formulas, building a clean report from messy exports
  • You can look at a set of numbers and say something useful about them. This is the skill we care most about
  • Active, hands-on use of AI tools in your actual workflow
  • Strong written English. You will be writing in five brand voices
  • Organized enough to keep five calendars straight without being chased

Preferred

  • Experience in the piercing or body jewelry industry, in any capacity. Piercers, studio staff, and shop managers are strongly encouraged to apply. We would rather teach marketing to someone who knows the industry than teach the industry to a marketer
  • Photo or video shooting ability. Not required, we supply assets, but it opens doors here
  • Constant Contact, Klaviyo, Shopify, or GA4 hands-on experience
  • Any paid media experience, even small budgets. You will not be running campaigns, but understanding what you are reporting on helps

Benefits

  • 401(k) matching
  • Dental insurance
