Responsibilities

• The Marketing Communications Coordinator will support Turner Pest Control's in-house marketing team by executing day-to-day initiatives that drive lead generation, protect brand consistency, and support local market efforts.
• This role assists with reputation management, digital communications, social media coordination, and Google Business Profile maintenance across multiple locations.
• The coordinator will manage marketing materials and promotional inventory, ensuring assets are ordered, organized, and distributed effectively.
• They will also help coordinate community events, sponsorships, and field marketing support.
• Additionally, this role provides administrative and operational support, including invoice tracking, documentation, and internal marketing processes.
• Success in this position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams while managing multiple priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• One to three years of experience in a marketing, communications, or coordination role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to support digital content, customer messaging, and internal marketing initiatives
• Excellent organization to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and administrative tasks efficiently
• Experience coordinating marketing materials, promotional items, and inventory ordering and distribution
• Experience supporting reputation management by monitoring and responding to online reviews in alignment with brand and service standards
• Ability to support community events, sponsorships, and local market initiatives through logistics and internal communication

Preferred

• Graphic design experience and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with Google Business Profile maintenance across locations
