Responsibilities

• In this role, you will support proposal production and submittals
• Assist with production of on-call proposals, renewals, and RFQs/RFPs
• Complete proposal forms and update boilerplate materials
• Format resumes, project sheets, and proposal sections
• Assemble layouts in InDesign using established templates
• Export deliverables with proper bookmarks, compression, and naming conventions
• Submit proposals through online portals and document confirmations
• Coordinate printing and assembly of hard copy proposals when required
• Maintain organized proposal files within SharePoint
• Support social media and content development

Requirements

• 3–5 years of marketing experience within the AEC or professional services industry
• Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign (Adobe Creative Suite preferred)
• Excellent writing, editing, and formatting skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience working within Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, or similar systems

Preferred

• Experience supporting proposals and professional services submittals
• Familiarity with Canva, Illustrator, or Photoshop
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn and Instagram for business use
• Basic understanding of civil engineering, construction management, or water industry terminology
