Job Description

Responsibilities

Plan, develop, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat, and Instagram.
Monitor engagement and respond to messages, comments, and reviews per Bank policies.
Manage and maintain the Bank’s online presence on review and comparison sites (e.g., Bankrate.com, DepositAccounts.com, Google Reviews).
Maintain and update the Bank’s website and digital banking marketing platform to ensure accuracy, relevance, and regulatory compliance.
Support search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to improve website visibility and traffic.
Track and analyze digital performance metrics including website traffic, social engagement, SEO performance, and online reputation indicators.
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns that support product promotions, customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.
Develop marketing materials including digital content, signage, branch collateral, promotional materials, email campaigns, and advertisements while maintaining brand consistency and regulatory compliance.
Support internal branding initiatives to ensure consistent messaging across all Bank locations and channels.
Assist in implementing marketing strategies designed to support business growth and community engagement.

Preferred

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
One to three years of experience in marketing, communications, digital media, or branding preferred.
Experience with social media management, content creation, and website updates strongly preferred.
Familiarity with SEO principles, digital analytics tools, and marketing platforms is a plus.
Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) and social media scheduling tools preferred.
