Job Summary

Own the admin and coordination backbone of the marketing team, ensuring campaigns run on schedule and materials and events are executed with compliant healthcare data and timely updates.

Operations: coordinate campaign calendars, printing, mailings, and event support.
Content & Materials: assist production and updates of marketing assets.
Measurement & Compliance: track activity, results, and healthcare data/regulations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate admin tasks to keep marketing campaigns on schedule.
Assist in creating and updating marketing materials.
Track and support posting documents to websites and portals.
Coordinate printing and mailings of marketing materials.
Support the planning and execution of events and programs.
Track marketing activities and results.
Collect, compile, and analyze healthcare marketing data and regulations.
Update the marketing team with the latest information.

Requirements

Bachelor's or technical college degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business or related field.
Minimum of one year experience in a related position, or structured internship.
Strong writing and communications skills required.
