Responsibilities

• Plan and execute business-to-business (B2B) marketing initiatives across digital, print, email, social media, and other channels.
• Create and maintain marketing content for websites, email campaigns, presentations, social media, and other communications.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO), by creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries.
• Coordinate marketing projects, campaigns, events, webinars, and other initiatives by managing timelines, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion.
• Develop, order, and maintain branded merchandise, promotional items, and other marketing materials.
• Provide administrative support by organizing marketing assets, maintaining project documentation, and scheduling meetings for marketing leadership.
• Coordinate executive marketing communications, including producer meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-up activities.
• Perform other related marketing and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and emerging marketing trends.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Experience with Canva and alternative digital media platforms preferred.
• Familiarity with social media management or email marketing preferred.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and a collaborative team player with a willingness to support a variety of marketing initiatives.
• Maintain a portfolio and provide work samples upon request.
