Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) on a consistent schedule
• Create and manage listing marketing plans from pre-market through closing
• Write copy and design visuals for listings, email campaigns, and social posts
• Collaborate with agents, our TC, and occasionally clients to gather listing details and assets
• Follow and improve upon our existing marketing checklists and systems
• Track deadlines and manage multiple active campaigns simultaneously

Requirements

• Strong writing and graphic design skills (Canva or equivalent)
• Experience managing social media for a business or brand
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Self-directed — able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable communicator who meets deadlines consistently

Preferred

• Familiarity with email marketing platforms
• Real estate industry experience
