Job Summary
Own the market-facing analytics and campaign execution for a small practice, blending research, offline and online campaigns, and performance reporting to guide management decisions.
- Responsibilities: Research market habits and competitors, run campaigns across digital and physical channels, and track performance while supporting local community engagement.
- Analytics: Collect sales data, prepare dashboards, and present findings to leadership for quick decision making.
- Operations & Front Desk: Assist with scheduling and payments as part of a coordinated marketing-front desk flow to support local visibility.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Research the purchasing habits and behaviors of our target market
- Create and implement electronic and physical marketing campaigns
- Track and report on online marketing activities
- Attend and help promote at local VA group meetings.
- Identify, research, and report on competitors
- Collect and analyze sales data, prepare reports, and present to management
- Front desk duties would be to welcome patients, assist with scheduling patients, and taking payment
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar position
- Understanding of digital marketing tools and research methods
- Knowledge of search engine optimization techniques
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, Google AdWords, and web analytics
- Familiarity with Content Management Software
