Responsibilities

• Support logistics and coordination for industry conferences, tradeshows, and user events
• Assist with planning and promotion of FINBOA’s B2B webinar programs
• Coordinate vendors and event materials
• Assist with execution of email campaigns, event promotions, and partner marketing initiatives
• Support campaign setup and execution in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot
• Help coordinate campaign assets and landing page updates
• Draft and schedule LinkedIn content aligned with B2B campaign messaging
• Create supporting visuals using Canva or similar design tools
• Assist with preparation of sales collateral, case studies, and marketing materials
• Track and report on marketing KPIs including MQLs, campaign engagement, event attendance, and social metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 3 years of marketing experience within a B2B, SaaS, or technology company
• Experience supporting industry events, webinars, or tradeshow marketing programs
• Hands-on experience with email marketing and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or similar)
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and project tools such as Asana
• Experience with Canva or similar tools for basic marketing visuals
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent written and professional communication skills

Preferred

• Experience marketing to financial services, fintech, or banking audiences is a plus
