Job Summary

Own the bid-to-market lifecycle by researching opportunities, coordinating submissions, and enabling business development through events, relationships, and collateral management.

  • Research and track public and private bid opportunities and coordinate cross-functional inputs for timely responses.
  • Maintain bid tracking logs, qualification packages, proposals, and marketing collateral to ensure compliant, ready-to-submit materials.
  • Support business development activities by coordinating CRM data, industry events, and internal information needs for marketing and proposal submissions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify public and private bid opportunities relevant to the company’s services
  • Maintain and update bid tracking logs and proposal documentation
  • Assist with administrative paperwork related to bids, proposals, and marketing materials
  • Support the preparation and organization of qualification packages, proposals, and marketing collateral
  • Identify and help coordinate business development opportunities, including industry meetings, conferences, and networking events
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and association meetings to support business development initiatives
  • Assist with maintaining the company’s CRM or contact database
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather information for marketing and proposal submissions
  • Perform general marketing and administrative support tasks as needed
  • Manage social media efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, administrative support, or business development (internships may be considered)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to attend networking or industry events

Preferred

  • Experience with proposal coordination or bid tracking
  • Familiarity with construction, engineering, or infrastructure industries
  • Experience with CRM systems or marketing databases
