Job Summary

Own the operational marketing engine by coordinating events, newsletters, asset creation, and database upkeep to keep ECC visible and connected with partners and buyers.

  • Trade shows and events: plan, prep, schedule, host, and follow up into the pipeline.
  • Content and newsletters: design, generate product news, and distribute internal and external updates.
  • Assets and contacts: manage internal/external assets, vendor materials, and maintain the marketing contacts database.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing activities including trade show planning, preparation, and scheduling.
  • Compile and distribute lead lists from email campaigns and from trade shows.
  • Internal marketing assets such as business cards and email signatures; marketing asset orders and promotional items.
  • Assisting with hosted events and newsletter development, design, and distribution.
  • Develop and generate company product news content for newsletters.
  • Develop, maintain, and update internal and external websites and marketing documents.
  • Co-brand vendor materials to bolster marketing assets and expand marketing contacts database.
  • Assist with marketing support requests and complete individual projects as determined by the Marketing Manager.
  • Expand, maintain, and optimize the marketing contacts database.
