Job Summary

Own and drive localized marketing efforts from strategy through execution, coordinating print and digital campaigns, branding, vendor management, and cross‑functional collaboration to meet goals.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of Marketing in establishing, implementing and evaluating localized marketing strategies and plans.
  • Write, develop and design new print materials, including hard collateral, advertisements, promotional items and more.
  • Write, develop and design digital campaigns, including emails, social media, website landing pages, blogs, graphics and more that align with DSI's overall business goals and campaign optimization.
  • Identify areas of improvement in marketing, modify them, and remain up-to-date on competitor strategies.
  • Develop and work with the Director of Marketing on marketing strategies and determine the most effective channels for the target audience.
  • Adhere to and uphold brand identity standards.
  • Maintain an inventory and directory of sales support materials making sure all resources are accurate.
  • Setup tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.
  • Manage print contractors and other promotional vendors.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field required
  • 4+ years' professional business experience in marketing, social media, communications, advertising and/or graphic design.
  • Adept in Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite, Facebook, LinkedIn, Canva, email marketing tools and social media scheduling tools.

Preferred

  • Photography and video content creation experience is a plus.
