Responsibilities

• Work with marketing team to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the completion of projects and tasks.
• Work with Promotions Supervisor on coordinating promotions and giveaways as needed and perform promotional and event staff duties as needed.
• Create, deliver, edit, and optimize marketing materials.
• Support the marketing department by scheduling and organizing the creation of website content.
• Prepare Purchase Orders and submit to appropriate department.
• Ensure that Marketing supplies are fully stocked and take inventory as needed.
• Prepare letters and emails to clients in response to questions or to provide clarification on an ongoing project.
• Monitor marketing industry news and submit reports on emerging trends to management.
• Update and follow up on graphic projects to assure timely delivery.
• Experience planning, scheduling promotions on digital platforms.
