Job Summary

Own and execute the content and social media strategy across multiple platforms, from calendars and posts to blogs, case studies, and short-form video, while coordinating SEO, CRM, and sales collateral to support marketing and trade show efforts.

Responsibilities

Social media management
Own the content calendar and posting schedule across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram,
YouTube, and TikTok
Write and schedule posts, respond to comments and messages, and grow our following in the trucking, RV, and specialty vehicle markets
Track engagement and report on what is working
Content development
Write blog posts, product explainers, and technical articles for voltagenpower.com
Produce customer features and case studies, including interviewing customers and writing the story
Capture photo and video content on the shop floor, at customer sites, and at trade shows
Edit short-form video for social channels, Website and digital presence

Requirements

Pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field
Strong writing ability. You can take a technical subject, understand it, and explain it clearly to a non-technical audience
Working knowledge of the major social platforms as a creator, not just a user
Comfortable shooting and editing photo and video on a phone or camera Self-directed. You can take a rough idea and come back with a finished draft.
Organized enough to run a content calendar without being reminded
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
Familiarity with HubSpot or another CRM and marketing automation platform. Basic WordPress or CMS experience.
Background or interest in trucking, automotive, RV, marine, or manufacturing.
Prior internship or freelance work in social media or content.
