Job Summary

Own the front-line customer support and cross-functional collaboration loop, turning inquiries into fast, accurate solutions while shaping resources and processes to better serve sales and clients.

  • Customer Support & Troubleshooting: Respond to high-volume inquiries across phone, email, and chat with accurate product and installation guidance.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Account Executives, RVPs, and marketing/technical teams to fulfill standard and custom requests.
  • Continuous Improvement & Resources: Maintain data-driven resources and capture feedback to drive process and content improvements.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Act as a primary resource for sales teams and clients, managing high-volume inquiries across phone, email, and live chat with a focus on responsiveness and quality solutions
  • Provide accurate and consultative support on product specifications, installation, applications, and brand positioning across multiple flooring categories
  • Partner closely with Account Executives , RVPs, and cross-functional teams to fulfill both standard marketing and custom requests
  • Collaborate with Technical Services, Customer Service, R&D, Samples , and Marketing teams to resolve complex issues and ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain and continuously improve internal and external-facing resources, ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and consistency
  • Support marketing initiatives and strategic projects with a focus on speed, quality, and alignment to market needs
  • Capture customer and salesforce feedback, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent experience in roles supporting sales teams and clients with product, technical, or marketing-related inquiries in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume customer or client interactions in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
  • Strong digital and systems proficiency (Microsoft Office; experience navigating databases, resource centers, or CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus)
  • Ability to be onsite in Cartersville minimum 4 days a week
