Job Description

Responsibilities

Own and maintain the US launch calendar, ensuring key milestones and deliverables stay on track
Support the Senior Marketing Manager (SMM) in preparing retailer presentations, including content updates, product needs, and meeting logistics
Support the SMM in building launch trackers, compiling performance recaps, and preparing competitive reviews and trend insights
Partner with Global and local teams to manage requests and ensure flawless program execution
Gain hands-on exposure to budget management, including tracking Purchase Orders and spend reconciliation
Innovation & Commercial Readiness: Contribute to ideation of innovative marketing tactics that support retailer partners
Innovation & Commercial Readiness: Assist in creating one-pagers for innovation launches to support Sales and Trade Marketing
Innovation & Commercial Readiness: Track commercial readiness timelines and coordinate updates across Global and local teams
Digital, Merchandising, & Asset Coordination: Coordinate asset updates and approvals with Global and local teams
Digital, Merchandising, & Asset Coordination: Collaborate with ECOM partners to ensure best-in-class digital brand presence, including banners, PDP enhancements, and campaign assets

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
1–2 years of marketing, brand, or relevant experience (beauty/consumer goods preferred)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills (verbal/written)
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
A collaborative spirit and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, creative environment
Passion/ interest in the beauty industry and marketing strategy
Desirable: Experience in luxury, beauty, or brand marketing is a plus.
