Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the development of marketing assets for new attorneys, including biographies, headshots, and business cards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for website updates, including attorney profiles, practice and industry descriptions, insights, events, and news.
  • Support event-related email marketing campaigns, including drafting and deployment.
  • Drive the firm’s social media activity, including creating and scheduling posts.
  • Assist the Marketing Specialist with the maintenance and organization of all printed and digital collateral, including ads, one-pagers, and signage.
  • Oversee the sourcing and fulfillment of promotional item (SWAG) requests.
  • Assist with implementation of new programs and initiatives as needed by the firm’s Marketing and Business Development Team.
  • Other responsibilities as needed.
  • Some overtime may be required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications preferred. Work experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
  • 2+ years of applicable marketing or agency experience.
  • Prior law firm marketing experience or professional services industry experience is a bonus.
  • Ability to write clear and compelling content appropriate for both print and digital platforms; experience writing for professional services or B2B audience is ideal.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, balance competing priorities, and work efficiently under the pressure of meeting multiple deadlines with frequent interruptions.
  • Experience with design tools like Canva or Adobe Illustrator.
  • Experience with project management and email marketing platforms a bonus.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, enthusiastic, approachable, and flexible.
  • Some overtime may be required

Preferred

  • Prior law firm marketing experience or professional services industry experience is a bonus.
