Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Tenant Success support
• Support the Sr. Manager, Tenant Success in the project management and implementation of prioritized tenant events and activations
• Coordinate the trafficking of retailer assets to support new store openings via digital channels across the portfolio
• Track all marketing, Strategic Partnership (GGP Media), and Property Management support for prioritized new store openings
• Assist with a variety of project management, event, and promotional program needs, including (but not limited to) developing sweepstakes rules with Legal as well as the sourcing and fulfillment of prizes or other event elements
• Develop and maintain the overall new store opening calendar and associated project plans and own overall successful execution of said plans
• Marketing support
• Manage budgeting tasks, including expense management, invoice processing, and monthly accruals for accounting
• Publish web and social content
• Collaborate with Legal and Risk Management on contractual agreements as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, real estate, hospitality, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Experience working in cross-functional, stakeholder-driven environments
• Experience with invoicing/contract management a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Strong project management skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong collaboration with a willingness to jump in and learn
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple activations simultaneously
• Have the ability to wear multiple hats, roll up sleeves and demonstrate proactivity
